Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on garden professional to join our team, with at least 3 years’ experience in garden and vegetable management, preferably in resorts or hospitality.
We value practical, reliable, and physically active individuals who can work independently on-site and as part of a team.

 The ideal candidate will have practical and technical skills in the following areas:

  • Landscaping and ornamental garden maintenance
  • Vegetable garden cultivation and management (planning, sowing, harvesting, crop rotation)
  • Operation and maintenance of automated irrigation systems.

Requirements:

  •      Solid hands-on experience in gardening and vegetable production
  •      Knowledge of tools and techniques related to green area maintenance and horticulture
  •      Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  •      Flexibility and readiness for physical outdoor work

Preferred qualifications:

  •      Previous experience in high-end hospitality or resort settings
  •      Basic knowledge of organic or regenerative agriculture principles
